Same angles, every month
Each monthly visit flies the same saved route, so the camera comes back to the same spots every time. Line the months up and the progress tells the story. Every still is dated and every visit gets its own folder.
Good for comparing. Not for measuring.
On your site, by your rules
- Written site permission before the first flight
- Sign in with your superintendent and wear your site’s safety gear
- Flights timed for when crews are off or clear of the area
- Airspace checked for every address before a plan is quoted
- Certificate of insurance on request
What I don’t do
No surveys, maps, measurements, volumes, or lot-line claims. This is photo and video. If you need a survey or a map, I’ll point you to someone who does that work.

$15 per image, max $50 per property (up to 8 labels)

Additional County Records Parcel Data

On request, I pull the parcel map and acreage on record from the Maury County Assessor and Register of Deeds and show it on your aerial: approximate parcel lines and a label like “about X acres per Maury County records.”*

*Approximate. Not a survey. From public county records. Only a licensed surveyor can set property lines. County copy fees, if any, are passed through at cost. Usually free.
How billing works
- Lot / Site Shoot is paid in full before edited files are released.
- Community / Subdivision Overview and Spec-Home Completion: 50% to reserve the flight window, remainder before unwatermarked files.
- Monthly Progress Plan: $100 deposit to start, credited to your final visit. Visits are billed monthly.
- Labeled Aerials, including the county records upgrade, are billed with the package they’re added to.
- A watermarked preview is available after the flight. Final files go out after payment clears.
- Travel: Included within 35 miles of Columbia. Beyond that, the IRS mileage rate per mile, round trip.
